As required by Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and other state and federal nondiscrimination laws, Waconia Public Schools does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs, activities, or employment. Waconia Public Schools does not tolerate sexual harassment and will take prompt and reasonable action in response to instances of sexual harassment.  Any employee, student, parent, or guardian having questions regarding the application of Title IX or the District’s Title IX Sexual Harassment Grievance Process should discuss them with the Title IX Coordinator.
