All staff members are experienced early childhood educators. Each session is staffed by a licensed teacher and qualified assistant teachers. Waconia Wildcat Preschool also offers a speech pathologist and an Early Childhood Special Education instructor. All educators participate in a continuous program of professional development and studies for professional advancement in early childhood education.
