In 2024, the Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness (CACR) legislation (Minnesota Statutes, section 120B.11), formerly known as World’s Best Workforce, was established to support students in academic achievement, as well as prepare them to be active members of their community after graduation. The five goals of CACR are as follows:
- All children are ready for school.
- All racial and economic achievement gaps between students are closed.
- All students are ready for career and college.
- All students graduate from high school.
- Prepare students to be lifelong learners.
The District 110 Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness plan is designed to align with and support the student outcomes outlined in the district’s Strategic Plan.
