First Street Center is an outpatient mental health clinic that offers quality medication treatment and mental health therapy. Carver County Adult Mental Health continues to provide case management and community support services for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. Chemical Health Rule 25 Assessments are currently available via telephone. Please call to request information about any of these services.
