General Information
Waconia Public Schools will have four seats up for election in November 2026. The candidate filing period to run for school board is July 14–28, 2026. Filing is straightforward and can be completed at the District Office, located at 512 Industrial Blvd. A $2 filing fee and a notarized Affidavit of Candidacy are required; a Notary Public is available at the District Office to assist with that portion of the process.
