ECFE at Night
1 year old to 5 years old
This evening class offers families who are busy during the day an opportunity to experience ECFE at night. Parents and children participate in activities, work on art projects, and enjoy circle time. Families receive support in their parenting journey from a licensed parent educator while building connections with other families who have young children. This is a non-separating class. Infant siblings attend for free.
Non-Separating: Caregivers and children remain together throughout the duration of the class.
Gradually Separating: During the beginning of class sessions, children and caregivers remain together. As the development of the class proceeds, separation time can be included to accommodate the needs of children and caregivers.
Separating: Caregivers and children enjoy a time of interaction including play and circle time. Waconia Early Childhood Family Education offers classes, events, and other programs designed by highly qualified teachers specifically for families with young children.

In Minnesota all children are required to complete Early Childhood Screening before kindergarten. However, the preferred age to screen is between 3 and 4 years old. Schedule an appointment today!
