The Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Care Advisor program encourages members to take small steps toward improving their health by getting active. This Fitness Incentive program counts all of your physical activity towards the rewards…not just your gym workout. Just meet the required level of activity and earn a Marketplace reward. It’s that simple. This solution includes device integration, allowing tracking of steps through a smartphone step tracker or wearable device to the Blue Care Advisor Fitness Incentive Program platform. Members receive rewards for their activity whether it’s yoga, swimming, gardening etc.
1. Go to https://app.bluecareadvisormn.com/#/login to log in or register.
2. Complete the Health Assessment.
Once you're logged in, you'll find the Health Assessment under "Benefits". Based on your results, you'll receive personalized recommendations including helpful tips and resources. *Earn 100 points for completing the Health Assessment!*
3. Start Tracking.
Link your fitness tracker or favorite fitness app to automatically record your activity. You can also track things manually, so everything counts - even yard work!
5,000 steps = 5 points
7,000 steps = 7 points
10,000 steps = 10 points (max per day)
10 points = $1 - Earn a maximum of $240 per year!
4. Collect your reward!
Redeem your point in the Reward Center for $10, $25, or $50 e-cards.
Points expire at the end of the program year, so make sure you cash in on your hard work!

Up to two adults can participate in the program (including yourself) if they're covered by your health insurance. Common is employee and spouse, but the second person can be an adult child if he/she is on your insurance.
