Waconia Public Schools will celebrate Homecoming Week, Sept. 25-29, and we are excited to celebrate with the entire community on Friday, September 29!!
On Friday in the morning there will be a traveling pepfest that will visit each school to engage students at the elementary and middle schools.
The Homecoming Parade is back after it was a smashing success last year. The parade will start at 5:00 p.m. and will travel along Community Drive between the Middle School and High School. Anybody who is in the parade should start lining up in the Middle School parking lot at 4:15 p.m.
There are multiple opportunities to support Wildcat athletic teams on Thursday and Friday. Boys soccer, girls soccer and girls volleyball all have home events on Thursday against Chanhassen. On Friday, the football team will host Mankato East at 7:00 p.m. All ticket sales are online and can be purchased in advance by going to https://gofan.co/app/school/MN19678.
